Refund policy

USA BUYERS:

Please be aware of any import taxes and duties that may be charged for your shipment. As a small business, we are unable to cover these charges. If you reject your item, you may not receive a refund. Please get in touch if you have concerns about making a purchase with us.

REFUND POLICY:

We do not accept returns on items that arrive undamaged. 

We want our buyers to feel confident and excited about their purchase, so we do everything in our power to provide an accurate and detailed representation of each item we list. Please inspect photos and descriptions carefully.

If you don't feel confident about purchasing an item, please email laureldovevintage@gmail.com or send a DM on Instagram to ask any questions and seek reassurance.

Damages and issues
We do our best to package every piece with care, but rough couriers and extreme temperatures are beyond our control.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT that you take multiple photos of the item within the packaging as it arrives. These photos are required for us to file an insurance claim with the courier. If these photos are not provided, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We must receive your damaged item no later than 10 days from its original delivery date (the day it is confirmed "delivered" to you via tracking.)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
