Shipping policy

When you purchase an item, we get to work dusting it off and packing it up safe and secure. Please allow us 2-3 days to get this done for you.

While we do our best to use planet-friendly packaging, you may find various plastics such as bags or bubble wrap in your parcels as well as things like foam or packing peanuts. These are repurposed packing materials that would be thrown out otherwise, and we appreciate your patience and understanding with this matter.

For UK Customers: Every item is insured during shipping and will arrive within 7 business days. Please get in touch with us if your item hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your order.

USA CUSTOMERS: We will cover all import duties at no additional cost to you. We ship with Royal Mail, which requires pre-payment of these duties so you can rest assured there will be no holdups at customs. Please note: Royal Mail requires both your email address and phone number in order to purchase a label so please provide these upon checkout. If you do not provide a phone number, I will be unable to purchase a label for your parcel and your order will be cancelled.
