A truly stunning candelabra pair that will absolutely transform a space. Gorgeous Neoclassical style - ornate without being over-the-top. Sturdy and heavy gilt bronze with incredible details. Featuring various decorative flourishes such as scrolling feet and arms, as well as decorative portrait medallions.

The bobeches (candle cups) are easily removable but still hold firmly when in place. Unmarked, so likely from a smaller lesser-known French foundry. Antique c. late 19th century.

Signs of life include gentle wearing and dulling of the gilt patina. You will also find a few stress fractures here and there - these are common for pieces of this age and structure and do not affect the stability in any way. These pieces are very sturdy and have a lot of life left in them.
