Wedgwood Pearlware Oval Scalloped Decorative Plates, Set of Two

A very unique Wedgwood pearlware earthenware pattern featuring an eastern-inspired vase motif in the center. Transfer-printed design with hand-painted colours as well as scalloped edges and handles. The shallow bowls also have scalloped walls. Antique c. late 1800s to early 1900s.

Each plate measures 29cm long, 22cm wide, roughly 4cm deep.

Signs of a previous life include chipped edges, paint marks, crazing, and tea stains. No major damage, perfect for displaying.
