A beautiful minaudiere, hard shell handbag or crossbody purse. Features a deep purple velvet lining and long thin brass chain. The purse closes tightly on its own - the kiss lock feature is used for easy opening. When not in use, chain can be folded and closed up inside the purse. Vintage c. 1940s. Measures roughly 13cm tall, 10cm wide, 4.5cm thick. Entire piece is 56cm long including chain. Natural patina, minimal signs of wear, no damage.
