Miniature Ornate Oval Metal Picture Frame

A tiny frame that's perfect for a desktop, dressing table, or small shelf. Cold modern metal with a hinge rest, velvet backing, and glass front. Just squeeze the hinge to open and close. A young piece, likely c. early 2000s.
