A stunning piece that has had a very active life. Silky soft wood that is still quite sturdy. Has a section of scarring along the body that gives it so much character. Makes a gorgeous display piece.

Based on the shape, likely a chapati pin from India; age unknown.

Numerous signs of wear throughout the piece including nicks, discolouration, some paint splatters. Holes at the end of the handles suggest missing parts. Very soft, hydrated, splinter-free wood.
