Claw-Footed Alabaster Lidded Storage Jar

A stunner of a piece! This stone beauty features brass accents and the most adorable lion's paw feet. The lid lifts easily to allow for storage of your favourite small items. A great piece to add to a dressing table. A heavy piece. Vintage c. mid-century.

Scratches and other signs of use and age are present on this piece. Some discolouring on the edges where the adhesive has aged. One section of the bottom rim has come loose, but this doesn't affect use due to its weight. Hinge works smoothly and lid sits open on its own.
